It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and app access secure. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this removes security protections and could make your device vulnerable to malware or viruses. It might also stop the app from working properly.

You’ll need an active internet connection to use the app’s features, like the VPN, second phone number, or temporary email. This can be Wi-Fi or mobile data, but Bolt VPN isn’t responsible if the app doesn’t work fully without a connection. If you use mobile data, your network provider’s terms apply, and you might be charged for data usage. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you’re not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Bolt VPN isn’t responsible for issues caused by your device, like if it runs out of battery and you can’t use the app. We also can’t take responsibility for how you use the app. We rely on third-party services for certain features, such as second phone number, temporary email features. While we ensure they meet privacy standards, we are not responsible for any service disruptions, inaccuracies, or downtime caused by these external providers. We don’t guarantee the app will always be error-free, but we’ll do our best to keep it running smoothly.
The app is available on iOS, and system requirements may change over time. You’ll need to download updates to keep using the app. We don’t promise to always update the app to work with every iOS version, but we’ll let you know if there are major changes. We may also stop providing the app at any time without notice. If that happens, your rights to use the app will end, and you’ll need to stop using it and delete it from your device.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Bolt VPN if you violate these terms. If your access is terminated, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.
